The Bardex™ I.C. Foley catheter prioritizes infection prevention for patients requiring urinary drainage. This technology significantly reduces bacterial adherence and biofilm formation on the catheter surface, preventing bacteria from multiplying and causing infections.  The Bardex I.C. catheter also offers comfort and effectiveness with its silver hydrogel coating providing a lubricated surface for insertion and minimizing friction. Additionally, the 30 cc balloon and single eye design ensure reliable urine drainage.  While ideal for patients at an increased risk of UTIs, it’s important to note that the Bardex I.C. contains latex.
