How do I defrost frozen breast milk?

You can either thaw it overnight in the fridge, run it under warm water, or place it in a container with warm water. You can also thaw it in a breast milk warmer. Never microwave breastmilk, as it can change its composition.

How do I store Breast Milk?

Expressed breastmilk can be kept in the fridge (39.2°F – 42.8°F) for three days, but if you’re stocking up, then the expressed breastmilk can be stored in the freezer compartment of a fridge for three to six months at a temperature of at least -4°F.
