Two people are required to apply the product: one person measures from the bottom of the chin to the top of the shoulder at the neck with their fingers, the other selects the closest size by positioning the lowest finger on the sizing line, then the device is positioned with the selected size, the lock is pressed into the collar until secured, the Back Panel is slid behind the patient’s neck, ensuring long hair is outside, and the chin support is centered, tightened, and the hook-and-loop strap attached.
