Zushki Terms of Use Agreement
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the legally binding terms between you and Zushki Family, Inc. d/b/a Zushki (“Zushki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our website located at www.zushki.com, and any affiliated Zushki websites, subdomains, services, and networks, including phone-based services (collectively, the “Services”), and your purchase of products offered through these Services (the “Products”).
Certain features may be governed by additional guidelines, terms, or rules (“Supplemental Terms”), which will be made available in connection with those features. In the event of a conflict, Supplemental Terms take precedence with respect to the applicable feature.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or purchasing Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.
You may not access or use the Services if:
You are under 13 years of age,
You do not agree to this Agreement, or
You have previously been removed from the Services.
1. Services
1.1 Overview
Zushki provides an online and phone-based store offering health-related products to help improve the lives of caregivers and their families.
1.2 No Medical Advice
You acknowledge and agree that:
Zushki does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The content on the Services is informational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
No doctor-patient relationship is created through the use of the Services.
You should consult your doctor or healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
In case of a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
2. Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
2.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity and orders placed under your account. Notify Zushki immediately of any unauthorized use. Sharing your account is prohibited.
3. Access and Use of Services
3.1 License
Zushki grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services solely for purchasing Products and obtaining information.
3.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
Sell, lease, or exploit the Services commercially
Copy, frame, or reverse engineer the Services
Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation
Violate copyright or legal regulations
Attempt to create competing products
3.3 Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
4. Products and Returns
Products are available in limited quantities and subject to return according to our Return Policy. To be eligible for a return:
Product must be returned within 30 days of the sale date
Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Must be in the same condition as received
We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales, or discontinue any Product at any time.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason, including:
Pricing or listing errors
Inaccurate billing or shipping details
Suspected fraud or misuse
Product unavailability
Past payment disputes
Orders may only be canceled within 20 minutes by calling 877-964-7760.
6. Autoship Subscription
If you opt into an Autoship Subscription:
It will automatically renew at the set interval and current price unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.2.
You may cancel or modify the subscription at any time as described in the full Autoship terms.
16. Arbitration Agreement
Please note that:
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration unless you opt out.
You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
17. CCPA & Privacy
At Zushki, we value your privacy. We do not sell your personal information or data—ever.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), effective January 1, 2020, California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information.
While Zushki does not sell customer data in the traditional sense, our website uses cookies to:
Enhance your browsing experience
Track anonymous site usage
Store authorization tokens
Improve usability
Support marketing activities
Enable social media sharing (voluntarily, by the user)
