1.Pour the desired amount of Thick-It Purée into a microwave-safe bowl.
2.Use a microwave-safe cover or lid to prevent splattering.
3.Microwave on HIGH for 30-60 seconds. Keep in mind that microwave strengths vary, so you may need to adjust the time.
4.Once heated to your liking, stir the purée thoroughly and serve.

Can a thickener be added to the Thick & Easy Purees?

For IDDSI diets, try adding Thick & Easy Instant Food & Beverage Thickening Powder to heated puree. Add 2-4 tablespoons; stir well and let stand for 1-4 minutes. Test for IDDSI level before serving.
