What is SmartSense Technology?

SmartSense Technology is a proprietary feature that uses your biometric data to optimize your experience. In SmartRelax mode, it personalizes vibrations to help lower your heart rate and enhance relaxation.

How do I clean my SmartGoggles?

To clean your SmartGoggles:

Gently wipe the inner fabric with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth.
If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water or an alcohol-based solution for deeper cleaning.
Dry thoroughly with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth.

⚠ Important: SmartGoggles are not waterproof or machine washable. Avoid excess liquid or moisture entering the device.

How do I charge my SmartGoggles?

SmartGoggles use a USB-C charging system and come with a Therabody USB-C to USB-A cable.
The USB port is located behind the Power Button on the side of the device.
Ensure the battery status LED light is OFF before charging.
Insert the USB-C cable into the charging port.

🔋 Battery Level Indicators:
🟠 Orange – Low charge
🔵 Blue – Medium charge
🟢 Green – Fully charged

While charging, the LED light will flash to indicate proper connection and turn solid green when fully charged.

⚠ Note: If using a third-party charger, ensure it is from a certified manufacturer and undamaged. Do not use the device while charging.

What is the recommended usage time?

A 15-30 minute session is ideal, but you can use SmartGoggles multiple times per day based on your needs. Consistency is key—even 5 minutes a day, 5 days per week can be highly beneficial.
