Why does The Breather have 6 inhale settings but only 5 exhale settings?

Inhalation and active exhalation engage different muscle groups, which respond uniquely to training.

Inhalation primarily uses the diaphragm and external intercostal muscles.
Exhalation activates the internal intercostal muscles and abdominal muscles.
