How to make sure of efficient pumping?

Ensure that the breast pump and accessories are installed correctly and that the flange fits the breast when pumping.
Select the correct size flange. *Use the ”nipple measure tool”(included in the box), and select the flange according to the measurement size. (Be sure to measure the diameter of the nipple alone, do not include the areola.)
The silicone accessories can be replaced every 3 months or so according to the installation and suction status of the breast pump.
Suggest bra style: full coverage bra/stretch fabric/with nursing buckle/wireless bra.
