How do I use the SleepSack Swaddle?
Simply slip the SleepSack Swaddle wearable blanket over your baby’s regular sleepwear as a safer alternative to loose blankets in the crib. Depending on your nursery’s temperature, you may want to dress your baby in a short or long-sleeve bodysuit or coverall underneath. Avoid using a hat while your baby sleeps to prevent overheating. Secure the swaddle around your baby using the fastener strips. You can choose to swaddle with arms in or arms out, depending on your baby’s preference.

Can I start using a larger-sized SleepSack Swaddle on my newborn and have them grow into it?
We do not recommend using a SleepSack Wearable Blanket that is too large for your baby. The purpose of the wearable blanket is to avoid excess fabric that could potentially cover your baby’s nose or mouth. If the blanket is too big, your baby’s head may slip through the neck hole, or excess material may bunch up around their face, creating safety risks.

How does the SleepSack Swaddle help babies sleep safely?

Be sure to close the fastener strips before washing to avoid them attaching to other items in the wash. For best results, also close the zipper and turn the swaddle inside out before laundering.
