How to Use:

1. Read the included instructions carefully before use.
2. Gently insert the enema tip into the rectum with a slight side-to-side motion, directing it toward the navel.
   • If resistance is met, do not force the tip, as it may cause injury.
   • If you experience rectal bleeding or pain, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.
3. Squeeze the bottle until nearly all liquid is released. The bottle contains more liquid than necessary, so full emptying is not required.
4. Remove the enema tip and maintain your position until you feel a strong urge to evacuate (typically within 1 to 5 minutes).
5. If no urge is felt after 5 minutes, attempt to empty the bowel. If no liquid is expelled within 30 minutes, consult a doctor promptly to prevent dehydration.

Recommended Positions for Use:

• Left-Side Position: Lie on your left side with your right knee bent and arms resting comfortably.
• Knee-Chest Position: Kneel, then lower your head and chest forward until your left cheek rests on the surface, with your left arm folded comfortably.
