Do not exceed 8 tablets (400 mg) in 24 hours.
Children 6-12 years: Take ½ to 1 tablet (25-50 mg) every 6 to 8 hours, as needed (maximum 3 tablets per day).

For prevention, take the first dose 30 to 60 minutes before travel to help reduce motion sickness symptoms.
