What are the differences between the Original Breather (Blue or Pink), Breather Fit, and Breather Voice?
The Original Breather (Blue and Pink) offers lower resistance levels, making it ideal for general respiratory training. Breather Fit and Breather Voice have higher resistance levels, but they cater to different user needs:

Why does The Breather have six inhale settings but only five exhale settings?
Inhalation and exhalation engage different muscle groups. The diaphragm and external intercostals are primarily responsible for inhalation, while exhalation activates the internal intercostals and abdominal muscles. These muscle groups have different maximum capacities, as measured by Maximum Inspiratory Pressure (MIP) and Maximum Expiratory Pressure (MEP). To optimize training, The Breather is designed with distinct resistance levels for inhalation and exhalation, ensuring balanced and effective muscle strengthening.
