Why does The Breather have 6 inhale settings but only 5 exhale settings?

Inhalation and exhalation engage different muscle groups, which respond uniquely to training:

Inhalation primarily engages the diaphragm and external intercostal muscles.
Exhalation activates the internal intercostal muscles and abdominal muscles.

Since these muscle groups have different maximum capacities—measured by Maximum Inspiratory Pressure (MIP) and Maximum Expiratory Pressure (MEP)—The Breather is designed with distinct intensity settings for optimal training of both inhalation and exhalation muscles.
