The modern, compact design with durable glass plate has a 450 lb weight capacity and records 90 measurements internally. WIth a step-on-start function, simply step on the scale to begin measurements. Scale beeps when bodyweight reading is complete. Once paired with a receiving device, measurements are uploaded to the device automatically.

With the scale turned off, gently step on scale to activate.
Stand straight and still while the progress bar displays as the measurement is taken.
Step off once you hear the three beeps and see the alternating “Step” and “off” on the display.

How does bluetooth scale work?

Smart scale works on the basis of BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis). A small electrical current is sent from one foot through the whole body to the other foot. This current speed detects the percentage of fat, water, muscles, and bones. The current flows faster through water and muscle, since bone and fat are poor electricity conductors.

How to pair with a receiver?

Consult the receiver instruction manual to enable pairing.
Install 4 AA batteries into the scale and place close to the receiver device.
Confirm scale is turned off. Press and hold the SET switch. “Pr” is displayed when the Set switch is continuously pressed. Once “Pr” is displayed, release the Set switch. A bluetooth symbol will appear and flash noting communication with the scale.
Follow the pairing instructions for the receiver to search for and select to pair with this scale.
Once pairing is complete, the unit will beep twice and display “END”.

Once the precision scale is paired with a device, measurements are automatically uploaded.

Note: You do not need to perform pairing after replacement of batteries.

How often should I use a smart scale?

The frequency of use depends on the individual’s needs and goals. Best time to weigh? In the morning after emptying your bladder and before eating anything, and wearing minimal clothing. Early morning weigh-ins are reported to help with consistency and habit making.
