How Do You Use or Apply This Product?

Carefully read instructions included with this product before using.

Wash hands after gathering your monitor, test strips, cotton ball, lancet, and bucket to dispose of sharp objects. For additional information, consult the manufacturer’s instruction manual.

• Insert new test strip into the Monitor and make sure it turns on.
• Use lancet to prick finger and squeeze finger to release a drop of blood. Wipe off the first drop of blood with a cotton ball and discard.
• Squeeze second drop of blood onto test strip. Results should appear in 5 seconds.
• If results are successful, clean off any remaining blood on your finger.
• Record results.
