How do I schedule my delivery?
Each product page provides details to help you estimate how long the item will last.
Since every customer’s usage varies, reviewing your past orders can be helpful. Note the time between orders and allow some extra time to receive the product before you need it.
To adjust your delivery frequency:
- Go to Autoship and update the "Ships every" field with your preferred number of days, weeks, or months.
- Click "Save" to confirm changes. Note: Changes take effect after your next order date.

How do I add or delete items in my Autoship?
To add items: Navigate to the product page of the item you wish to add. Click the "Add to Autoship" button. If you have multiple Autoship orders, you’ll be prompted to choose which one to add it to.
To remove items: Go to your Autoship section and select the order you want to modify. For the item you wish to remove, click on "Remove" and confirm your choice to remove it from your Autoship
How do I change my shipping address?
You can add a new shipping address under the “Addresses” tab in your Zushki account. Then, go to Autoship and select the correct address from the dropdown menu. For example, if you’re traveling when your order is scheduled for delivery, you can update the address (as described above) and switch it back to your home address once you return.
Can I add a coupon to my autoship?
Go to your Zushki account and select Autoship. Enter your coupon code at the bottom of the page, and it will display the discounted amount for your next order.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to your Zushki account and select "Add new card" in the "Payment Method" tab. Be sure to choose "Use for Autoship" to apply it to your Autoship orders.
How do I cancel my Autoship?
- Log into your Zushki account and navigate to the "Autoship" option in the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Autoship page and click the purple “Cancel this Autoship” button.
- Choose a reason for cancellation and click the “Cancel Autoship” button again.
- You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your Autoship has been successfully canceled.
How do I skip my next shipment?
Login to your Zushki account and select Autoship from the dropdown. Click the purple “Delay” button in the top right corner. From there, follow the script to choose what frequency you would like for your next Autoship order.
Can I have my Autoship shipped on a specific date?
Log in to your Zushki account. Select "Autoship" and find "NEXT ORDER" (third option). Click "Change" and enter the date for your next order.
How can I adjust the quantity or size of items in my Autoship?
Go to your Zushki account select Autoship from the dropdown. To change the quantity, on the miniature box with the current quantity and click the “up or down arrow” to increase or decrease the amount. You may also type the desired amount in the box.
To change sizes, please click on the underlined product name and you’ll be able to change the size right from the product page. Make sure to delete the unwanted size from the Autoship to avoid receiving the product in both sizes.
Which brands are included for Autoship discounts?
You can save 5% on every Autoship order from these top-selling brands: Tranquility, Prevail, Attends, Abena, Cardinal, Tena, Mckesson, Seni, Thick-It, and Sqwincher.
Are there terms or conditions for Autoship?
The maximum savings for the first Autoship discount is $20. The 30% offer is valid on first Autoship purchase for new Autoship customers only. The 5% offer is valid only when these brands are included: Tranquility, Prevail, Attends, Abena, Cardinal, and Mckesson. Both discounts are automatically applied when Autoship is selected.
